If you prefer a neutral, quiet, and professional environment, we can meet at several local libraries. This is a great option if you’re on the go or don't have a dedicated home office space for a meeting.

💻 Virtual Sessions (Zoom)
Secure, fast, and completely digital. Meet with us from anywhere using your computer or smartphone. You can upload your documents through our encrypted portal.

Terms and Conditions for Booking Services
1. Agreement to Terms By scheduling an appointment with Capitol Tax Service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
2. Appointment Booking Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. It is your responsibility to ensure all details provided during the booking process are accurate.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any penalties.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of $50.

Capitol Tax Service reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Payment

Payment for services must be completed at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Accepted payment methods include cash or credit card.
5. Late Arrival If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, appointments may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion, and full payment will still be required.
6. Service Guarantee Capitol Tax Service strives to provide accurate and reliable tax preparation services. However, we are not responsible for any penalties, fees, or legal issues that may arise due to the accuracy of the information you provide.
